We can add an anchor system in the bow area. A Besenzoni system or invisible with seamless opening to the hull bottom below water line. We can add an anchor also below the bowsprit, but that can mess the big gennaker. We design the system according to client wishes.
LIFTING KEEL AS OPTION
The Keel lifting system is following the KISS principle – Keep It Simple and Stupid.
- The keel is lead in a massive keel case that takes the load when the keel is lifted.
- The keel case is seamless integrated in the interior.
- The keel can fixed with a simple bolt in 5 heights.
- In the lowest position the keel is locked by the rectangular keel head.
- The bearings are milled out of PTFE (Teflon), very massive and removable.
- The lower bearings are fixed in the hull and milled to the fin profile.
- The upper bearings are rectangular and fixed to the keel head.
- The keel is lifted by a hydraulic cylinder outside the keel box, connected to the keel with a dyeema cable.
- The dyneema cable can easy maintained and exchanged due to inspection hatches in the keel box.
- The hydraulic system has no contact to seawater and can be easy maintained, too.
